Hubjoy internal tool
Helmly Privacy Policy
Effective date: August 31, 2026
Helmly is an internal workspace and time-tracking tool for authorised Hubjoy team members. This policy explains how Helmly and the Helmly Timer Chrome extension handle information when you use them.
Information we process
To provide time tracking, Helmly may process:
- your Helmly account and authentication session;
- time entries, selected clients, selected tasks, and work notes;
- the hostname of websites you actively use while a Helmly timer is running, together with the relevant start and end times.
The extension records hostnames only. It does not record page content, full page paths or queries, keystrokes, screenshots, clipboard contents, or Incognito browsing activity.
How we use information
We use this information to authenticate authorised users, create and manage time entries, show work-time insights, operate the Helmly workspace, and maintain its security.
Sharing and storage
Helmly data is available only to authorised Hubjoy users and administrators with an operational need to access it, and to service providers used to host and operate Helmly, including Supabase. We do not sell personal information or use it for advertising.
Security and retention
Helmly uses encrypted connections and access controls designed to protect workspace data. We retain time-tracking and related workspace information for as long as required for Hubjoy's operational, legal, and record-keeping needs.
Your choices
You can stop a timer at any time. If you have questions about your data, need a correction, or would like to request deletion, contact your Hubjoy team administrator.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when Helmly or the extension changes. The current version will always be available on this page.
